This is a bar apart from the usual style of Pralus. It's certainly a flashy, brash chocolate that is confident as it as flavoursome. In describing that flavour it would be difficult to get away from describing it as anything other than fruity. It does, however, offer a blissful finish with deep caramel tones.
Of course Criollo is one of the finest broad classification of cocoa type, but when you combine that with the superb origin that Madagascar and the Sambriano Valley are, then you can understand why this is one of Pralus' top-sellers.
