We do like to give you something different here and what can be more uniue than a hitherto unknown origin. Here we have some delightful single origin chocolate from the remote island of Vanuatu which lies at the cross-section of the Pacific islands of Fiji, New Caledonia and Solomon Islands.
But the uniqueness doesn't stop there. The flavour is completely unusual. It's offers a very direct gingerbread flavour that should just jump out at you. This then transforms into a sweet cherry which is accompanied by a wistful acidity. This is just one of those wonderful and curious chocolates that leave you wondering how Pralus have achieved it.
