If you are more inclined to try and enjoy unusual chocolate then this dark milk from Pump Street Bakery is surely one you should try as it wonderfully juxtaposes creamy malted milk against a delightful acidity. The central flavour notes seem to flit around. You may get cornflower, orange, caramel, pear and molasses, but isolating them seems almost impossible as they're not as clearly defined as the Pump Street Bakery's other chocolate.
|Dietary||May contain traces of nuts|
|Ingredients||Cocoa Mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder|
|Origin||Ecuador, Quevedo, Hacienda Guantupi estate|
|Cocoa Strain||Mostly likely to be Arriba Nactional|
