Made from the Pump Street Bakery's own rye loaf recipe and included into their Ecuador 60% dark milk chocolate - it is a revelation. It's no surprise that it won an award in the Academy of Chocolate 2015 competition.
Of course, its a departure from conventional, unadulterated chocolate, but it offers a very welcome alternative and a great insight into how this relatively small bakery can combine skills and produce something so wonderful!
