Made from Criollo cococa grown on the world famous Åkesson estatate in Madagascar from just 2 tons annual production and a unique fermentation profile this is one of the finest examples of Madagascan chocolate you will ever experience. 

The texture is light, smooth and with an edge of hazelnut which typifies Criollo (to me at least) and breaks away from the the expected 'red fruit' we so often get from the Sambirano Valley.

Each bar has a serial number and is one of only 10,000 made.
