View On Rococo Chocolates
Rococo’s founder, Chantal, was inspired to make our Sea Salt Organic Milk Chocolate Artisan Bar after a walk beside the sea eating an ice cream which mingled with the salt on her lips. We use Anglesey Sea Salt to enhance and intensify the natural caramel and cocoa notes of our 40% cocoa house milk chocolate. The lingering salty-sweetness is delightfully moreish. Rococo’s organic chocolate blend includes cocoa beans from our own Grococo farm in northern Grenada and a little extra cocoa butter for a silky texture.
