Another delicious dual pack from Vancouver based Sirene. Founder Taylor Kennedy was originally a photographer before moving to crafting chocolate bars. The berry of the Madagascan is intertwined with a little acidity. The deceptively light-coloured bar contrasts with the more nutty, earthy flavours of the Ecuadorian. While the bars are subtle and don’t overpower with their flavour, they are as intense as any 100%. Break off a small piece, let it melt in your mouth and uncover the natural flavours present in the cocoa beans.
