This Bolivian chocolate from Solstice was a stunning surprise the first time I tried it. If this was a blind-folded test I would have sworn it was a Domori Porcelana given the notes of cream, strawberry and caramel. When you work it harder in the mouth you should also get notes of mango too.
The melt is sublime; it just gently 'evaporates' to leave a misty covering of sweet, delicious flavour. This certainly is a personal favourite.
