From the aroma you would think it has a great deal more cocoa than there actually is, but when you actually let it rest in your mouth and allow the chocolate to become liquid then you'll get a wash of wonderful, soft, delicate flavours with hints of hazelnut and light chocolate ice cream.
It's firmly a well-made chocolate of the artisan sense, but it should not only appeal to connoisseurs, but also that supermarket dark chocolate. But don't take that the wrong way, this is exceptionally good milk chocolate, but it has just the same sort of intensity of standard dark chocolate - and that's a huge credit to the authentic milk chocolate.
