For those of you who love their fine wine then this bar is made with wonderful Umathum-Blaufrnkisch red wine from the Austrian Tirol and has a delightful, rich and complex flavour that many should find absolutely adorable, and certainly slightly intoxicating as it contains around 10% red wine. It also contains 5% raisins which, as with many of Zotter's chocolate bars, adds an interesting, and complimentary dimension to the experience. If you love the soft ganache centre to Champagne truffles, I'm sure you'll love this one as the centre of this bar has exactly the same texture but an even more boozy flavour. The red wine isn't overly bitter, but it does certainly have a full body. Whilst the raisins add a touch of intrigue to the texture and roundness to the flavour. Overall this has to be one of my favourites from the Zotter exclusive collection.
