The Valrhona Alpaco 66% is a textbook fairly dark chocolate from Ecuador given beautiful floral aromatics and moderate spice and summer fruit notes. The Nacional cocoa may not offer anything as remarkable as the Venezuelan Porcelana present in the El Pedregal, however, as part of expanding one's knowledge of the region, this chocolate certainly isn't one to be missed.
