Now if the 75% or the 89% is a touch sharp for your tastes then this 64% is a little, sweet beauty. The change in gear from that 75% is very noticeable. It still has a great deal of blackberry present, and just a hint of natural acidity to the back of the mouth, but the sweetness is what dominates here.
Of all the Wilkie's chocolate this has to be the more conventional of the range as it more along the lines of the 'chocolaty' profile and less of the uninhibited natural acidity.
