It would be wrong for us to completely pigeon-hole Madagascan chocolate as red fruits, but this blend of Trinitario, Amelonado and a touch of Criollo beans from the Millot plantation in the famous Sambirano Valley does produce a typically strong red-fruits flavour - along with a prominent nutty profile gained from, I suspect, a fairly intense roasting profile.
