We always wanted to be able to feature a white chocolate in our range, but finding a great one is no easy task. White chocolate is made with cocoa butter, milk powder and sugar, but most confectionery uses cheap, deodorised cocoa butter and vanilla to hide any bad flavours.
British chocolate maker Willie Harcourt-Cooze chose a different route. By making his white chocolate from the finest Venezuelan cocoa beans with no added vanilla, he’s made a white chocolate where you can actually taste the chocolate.
