Far too often chocolate made from cocoa from Ghana gets a bad rap. Of course that earthy characteristic the origin is renowned for is certainly present here, but there this chocolate very much enjoyable.
Even this chocolate doesn't contain any added salt, there is a hint of salinity and perhaps even raspberry.
If your ever to try one chocolate from this origin, let it be this one.
