When it comes to the Labooko chocolate bars we're so used to seeing them as intense, single origin dark chocolate bars. However, Zotter have launched a range of fruit-infusion bars which feature citrus and other fruits as a central flavour. Here we have the Mango Lassi which combines cocoa butter, skilled milk yoghurt and dried mangos,amongst other ingredients to form a very interesting, albeit, sweet white chocolate bar. These bars have a 14 month shelf-live and are suitable as an interesting Fairtrade chocolate bar for children.
