The cocoa used in this special chocolate bar is the most expensive that Zotter have sourced. It comes from the Toledo Cacao Growers Association which is a Fair Trade co-operative which pro-actively pushes sustainable and ethical farming. It is the flavour; however, that sets it apart from so much other chocolate - even from Belize.
At first this chocolate opens up with cream and hazelnut but then progresses through orange blossom, Baileys and a touch of blackberry. It's just such a curious chocolate that we've fallen head-over-heals in love with it.
